How Much Will Carriage Cost for My Order?

Carriage is charged by weight. The weight of oil works out around 1kg per Litre but this may differ per product.

Within the UK, priority handling and shipping is available for a small additional cost.

Orders are sent via FedEx and UKMail. A signature will be requested on delivery and will be required unless you indicate that you are happy for the courier to "leave safe" your delivery at the checkout. Please note that if you instruct the courier to "leave safe" your goods, that this is at your own risk and we cannot meet claims for non-delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

When placing an order, we'll do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The vast majority of items are held in stock and dispatched from our UK warehouse. UK delivery will take less than 7 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive), unless we contact you to advise otherwise. In 90% of cases, delivery is made well before this, and PRIORITY shipping is also available.

In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra working day.

Some items may have to be ordered as a special order and in this instance delivery times may be longer, but we will advise you if this is the case. Some items may have a specific delivery lead time stated in the description which should also be observed. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery time in exceptional circumstances.

Where Can my Order be Delivered To?

You can order for delivery to your home or work address, or to an alternative address - whatever's convenient for you! We regret that our couriers are not able to deliver to PO boxes, university campuses and military bases.
Deliveries that are not to your registered billing address may require additional security checks, particularly if this is your first order. We will contact you if this is the case.

All delivery charges will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

Delivery to some destinations will incur an additional charge if the delivery address is classed as being outside the normal delivery area.
This charge is not known to us at the time you place your order, so we will contact you if additional carriage charges apply to find out it you wish to continue with your order at the revised carriage cost.

How Will I Know When My Order Will Arrive?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed as well as a shipping notification email on the day of despatch. When we are notified of the courier tracking number, we'll send you an email with the details.

For FedEx UK deliveries, you can track your order at http://www.fedexuk.net/accounts/track.aspx.

For international deliveries please email us with your order details and we will keep you updated.

Goods delivered on standard delivery services should arrive between 8am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will attempt delivery on the next working day and will leave a card to confirm. You can of course call the courier contact number to arrange a different mutually convenient time.

The courier will normally attempt to deliver the items twice before marking them return to sender. Re-delivery of your goods shall be charged at the original carriage fee plus a return charge which shall be taken from the same credit or debit card used to place the order.

We use high quality, double-skinned, custom made boxes to enable us to pack orders sensibly, offering optimum protection against courier damage. If - despite our best efforts - any order is damaged, we'll replace it without question!
